Smoother. Fresher. Naturally rejuvenated.
We often give our face the most attention, but the neck and décolletage can show changes in our skin just as quickly. At Blue Light Dental & Aesthetics in Archway, we offer personalised injectable treatments that aim to improve hydration, texture and overall skin quality across the neck and upper chest.
The goal isn’t to make you look different. It’s to help your skin look fresher, smoother and naturally rejuvenated.
Don’t stop your skincare at your jawline
Over time, you may notice:
- Fine lines and crepey-looking skin
- Dryness and dehydration
- Changes in texture and elasticity
- Skin that simply doesn’t look as fresh as it once did
What can neck & décolletage treatments help with?
Depending on your skin, your concerns and your suitability, treatment may be considered for:
Fine lines
Improving the look of selected fine lines across the neck and chest.
Crepey-looking skin
Supporting smoother-looking skin where texture has become more noticeable.
Dehydrated skin
Improving hydration for skin that looks dry or lacks freshness.
Loss of elasticity
Improving the look of skin that feels less firm or resilient.
Dull, tired-looking skin
Refreshing areas that haven’t had the same attention as your face.

Skin boosters for the neck & décolletage
Hydration from within. Skincare can do a lot for the surface of your skin, but sometimes an injectable approach helps. Skin boosters are designed mainly to support hydration and skin quality, rather than create the volume or contouring associated with dermal fillers. Depending on the product and your needs, they may be considered for the neck and décolletage where the aim is fresher, smoother, more hydrated-looking skin.
Polynucleotides for the neck & décolletage
A regenerative approach to skin quality. Polynucleotides offer a different route. Rather than adding volume or reshaping an area, they’re used in aesthetic medicine to support skin quality and regenerative processes. They may be considered when your priority is the look of skin texture, fine lines and overall skin condition. Results are progressive and subtle: less about changing your appearance, more about investing in your skin.
Which treatment is right for me?
You don’t need to decide before your appointment. The right treatment depends on your skin, the changes you’ve noticed and what you’d like to achieve.
“My neck looks dry and dehydrated.”
A skin booster may be worth considering.
“I’m noticing fine, crepey-looking skin.”
Depending on the cause and your skin, skin boosters or polynucleotides may be considered.
“I’m more interested in regeneration than volume.”
Polynucleotides may be an option to discuss.
“My chest looks older than my face.”
We’ll assess the décolletage and discuss what may be appropriate for your concerns.
“I don’t know which treatment I need.”
That’s completely fine. Your consultation is designed to answer exactly that.
Treat the skin, not just the area
Good treatment starts with understanding what’s causing the concern. Fine lines, dehydration, texture and laxity aren’t the same problem and shouldn’t automatically get the same treatment. Sometimes that means a skin booster, sometimes polynucleotides, and sometimes another approach is more appropriate. No one-size-fits-all packages, just a plan centred on your skin.
Face, neck and décolletage together
Your face doesn’t age in isolation. When the face is treated without considering the neck and upper chest, differences in skin quality can become more noticeable. For suitable patients, treating the face, neck and décolletage as part of one skin plan can give a more cohesive result. We’ll discuss which areas, if any, would benefit as part of your facial rejuvenation plan.

Neck & décolletage FAQs
Can you treat both my neck and décolletage?
Potentially, yes. Which areas can be treated depends on the product, your concerns and clinical suitability. We’ll assess both at your consultation.
Which is better, skin boosters or polynucleotides?
They’re different treatments and neither is automatically right for everyone. Skin boosters focus mainly on hydration and skin quality, while polynucleotides aim to support skin quality and regenerative processes. We recommend an approach based on your skin and goals.
Will these treatments tighten loose neck skin?
Injectable skin treatments have limits and aren’t a substitute for surgical lifting or other skin-tightening procedures. If laxity is your main concern, we’ll be honest about whether the treatments we offer are likely to meet your expectations.
Can you treat neck lines?
Some treatments may improve the look of selected lines, but the right approach depends on what’s causing them. An assessment comes before any recommendation.
How many treatments will I need?
Protocols vary with the product, the area and the person. Many involve an initial course followed by maintenance. We’ll explain your recommended plan at consultation.
When will I see results?
It depends on the treatment and your response. Skin quality treatments tend to give gradual changes rather than an instant, dramatic result.
Is there downtime?
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or small raised bumps at injection sites can occur. We’ll explain what to expect and give you aftercare advice.
