Change your mind, get it all back
Stop for any reason, or none, right up until your aligners are ordered, and we refund everything you have paid. Your 3D preview and your plan are yours to keep either way.

We don’t stop until it matches
Your plan is built against the smile preview you approved. If your teeth are not tracking to it, refinement aligners are included, however many it takes. No cap, no extra invoice.
Still not there? Full refund
We refund your plan in full. That is what the preview is for. You saw the result before you committed, and we hold ourselves to it.
Covered for a year after
Your review appointment is included. If your teeth shift while you have been wearing your retainers as advised, refinement and retainer replacement are on us.
Said plainly: a refund returns your money, not your old teeth, because movement already made cannot be undone. Suitability for Invisalign is decided by clinical assessment and it is not right for everyone. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
