What if I change my mind?
Refundable until we order. Right up until your aligners are ordered you can stop for any reason, or none, and we refund everything you have paid. Your 3D preview and treatment plan are yours to keep either way. After that point your plan is built against the preview you approved: refinement aligners are included however many it takes, and if we still cannot reach that result we refund your plan in full. A refund returns your money, not your old teeth, since movement already made cannot be undone.
What happens after my treatment ends?
Retainers are essential to hold your result long term and they are included in your plan. For a year after treatment your review appointment is included, and if your teeth shift while you have been wearing your retainers as advised, refinement and retainer replacement are covered by us.
